The Paragon is a beautiful 6 storey Victorian property that has been tastefully converted into 13 en-suite guest rooms. We endeavour to cater for the different needs of our visitors and the following statement provides a general summary of the accessibility of our hotel. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

We welcome bookings by phone, on-line and in person. Please see our contact details.

Scarborough train station is a 5 minute drive away or about 15 minutes to walk mainly on the flat. Most out of town buses drop off near to the train station.

The number 3a bus stops very near to the hotel on North Marine Road (the other entrance to the Paragon) and can be caught almost outside the hotel.

There are numerous taxi services in Scarborough, we recommend Atlas to our guests, telephone 01723 363325.

Rooms are ready by 1 p.m. You are welcome to check in between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. (later by prior arrangement). Check out is at 10 a.m.

We can arrange daily hire of mobility scooters. If you wish to bring your own bathing aids please contact us to discuss suitable rooms for their use. Please be aware use of these aids will be the visitor’s responsibility. We have some equipment that may assist people who are hard of hearing, i.e. a flashing alarm clock.

Clean and friendly, room to small for super king size bed, but at least it's clean and comfortable, tiny shower in broom cupboard, personally I would have preferred a smaller bed with a larger shower room, all staff are very happy to help in any way .
